I can’t say enough good things about this grooming experience! My dog has a thick double coat that can be a real challenge, but they handled it with absolute skill and care. Not only does my pup look incredible—shiny, fluffy, and so much lighter—but he was also calm and happy afterward, which tells me he was treated with patience and kindness. The attention to detail was amazing (they even got all the undercoat out!), and the whole process was professional from start to finish. I’m so impressed and grateful—we’ve definitely found our go-to groomer!
